Organisational consultant, sparring partner, pathfinder.
My consulting career began in Dublin in the 1990s, where I advised Irish companies on strategic marketing at the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce and at the consultancy Marketing Partners (IRL). I then helped build up the German branch of the global consultancy Capco, The Capital Markets Company N.V., as HR Manager and led international HR projects. This was followed by several years as Head of Human Resources Development at HORNBACH Baumarkt AG, responsible for several organisational development projects and for strategic leadership and HR development.
In 2008 I switched sides. As Senior Consultant at the international management consultancy fgi Fischer Group International, I supported DAX companies and global blue chips in major organisational development projects. Since 2011 I have been self-employed as an organisational consultant, sparring partner and leadership developer. Sometimes on my own, sometimes together with valued partners.
I know both sides of the table. That shapes my work to this day.
