My professional journey

I started my consulting career in Dublin in the 1990s, where I advised Irish companies on strategic marketing.

Later, as Human Resources Manager for the global management consultancy Capco, I helped to set up their German office and managed global HR projects.

After that, I spent several years as head of HR development at the international retail group Hornbach Baumarkt, where my team and I were responsible for strategic management and HR development.

In 2008, I changed sides.

I entered the consulting business as a senior consultant at fgi Fischer Group International .

Here I supported DAX-listed companies and global blue-chip companies on the one hand with large-scale organisational development projects. On the other hand, I supported individual managers and their management teams.

Since 2011, I have been self-employed as a leadership coach, leadership trainer and organisational developer. Sometimes I work alone, sometimes in collaboration with my esteemed partners.

My foundation

is experience:

• as a manager and as a project manager, 1999 - 2008
• in the Change Manager, coaching, trainer and consulting activities, since 2008

My partners

Since 2011, I have been working with my friend and esteemed colleague Michael Franke and the impulse network. Many clients and many large projects in the field of leadership and organisations: together we have made a significant impact.

Since 2024, I have been working (again) with Dominique René Fara and tree-consulting, to my great joy. Dominique and I still know each other from our time together at Hornbach. I used to be his ‘boss’, now we are partners. Dominique is a diligent author and pioneer in the field of digitisation

Together with my husband Pascal Zielke, I facilitate intensive seminars at his Fortuna Mundi - Academy for Integral Geomancy on in-depth personal development - in addition, at exciting locations.
